But its a loose/Open Piece and no box, No Manual, No cover and mainly No Bill

The Person said his shop in KR Market & he’ll take care for the Warranty if u cal him.

This is risky. If you use windows you wont notice bad sectors coz windows just ignore those and move data further. Try Linux and run smartmontools on it, if there is no error then you are lucky but if there is data read/write error then you contact the dude and get a good piece. Linux wont install even if there is marginal bad sector on the disk. IRC there is a smartmontool binary for windows as well.

Hi,

I am agreed with all those comments up there, yes there is risk but still thinking positively if the product (TB hard disc) is good in condition. Then you can use it anyways.
