it was a good deal …… they had to do it because Pantallon is fighting for survival, they are running huge losses and are in huge debt, kishore biyani had to sell a large stake to birla otherwise he would have to shut down, selling to birla has bought the brand more time and reduced the company’s debt

Hi,
That’s bad news for him but on the other side if you see no one cares for that news, what’s important for us is 50% off that too flat. Its also good if we are thinking to gift someone within reasonable price…
