What is Dhanteras Special Pre-Booking?
This Dhanteras, Big Bazaar allows you to Pre-book the exclusive Dhanteras offers to ensure that you do not miss out on the special deals. Just book using 101 (or 1001, basis the product) per offer and visit the store to pick up the booked product(s) and pay the balance amount.
When is Dhanteras Special Pre-Booking?
First, you should register for the offers on our website. Bookings open on 13th Oct at 12:01 am till 11:59pm. Only during this 1 day will you be allowed to book. Then visit your nearest Big Bazaar store between 13th Oct – 14th Oct 9pm to complete the shopping.
Will I be able to book the product without registration?
You are advised to register. As the offers are on first come first serve basis only. Register to get updates
Is the offer applicable across all Big Bazaar stores?
This will vary basis the product. If the product is not available in the store nearest to you, there will be a message that will be displayed while you are booking the product.
When do I visit the store?
You will receive an SMS and an Email with your booking confirmation and details. You can visit the store between 13th Oct – 14th Oct, 9pm to complete the shopping.
Will I get the product without showing the SMS/Email at the store?
No, an individual will not be able to buy the product without the copy of the SMS/Email received
Will I be able to take along my purchased product from the store at the same time?
Once an individual pays the rest of the amount’he/She can take the product along with them
What happens if I don’t like the product at the store?
If an individual doesn’t like a product he/she booked online, the same amount of 101 or 10001 can be used in form of gift voucher to buy any other product. No refund.
Are there restrictions in number of product that customer can pre book?
Customer can pre book as many offers/products they want to. However, quantity restrictions apply. Customer can book maximum of 5 quantity of one offer at a time.
What will happen if customer doesn’t visit the store by 14th Oct’ 9pm?
If customer for any reason can not visit the store to complete the purchase, his/her pre booked product/offer will not be valid any longer.
However, customer can use the eGV amount to purchase anything that he wants.
