I think most of the tickets are gulped down by bus booking agents. It’s highly unlikely that Abhibus customers managed to buy 10k inventory in less than 20 mins considering how slow ass website/app Abhibus has.
booked a ticket and got pnr on app too. Did not receive any sms or any confirmation mail, the ticket is not showing up in “my trips” 
Call them yesterday same thing happened with me they’ll issue the ticket and send the confirmation
