Offer Details:

Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank/Citi”) and Shoppers Stop Ltd. are jointly launching an Offer (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”) during the below mentioned Offer Term which is being extended to all individuals who are holders of First Citizen Citi Credit Cards (hereinafter referred to as “FCC Cards”) issued in India (hereinafter referred to “FCC Cardholder/ Cardmember”), the details of which are as under:.

1. 10% additional cash back at Shoppers Stop stores for FCC Cardholders from 21st June 2017 to 2nd July 2017 (hereinafter referred to as “Offer Term”).

2. The Offer is applicable on a minimum spend of Rupees 5000 Only on the FCC Card.

3. Maximum cash back per FCC Card will be Rupees 2000 Only

4. Cash back will be credited in the Cardmember’s card account on or before 1st October 2017. The timeline provided for effecting the credit is only indicative of expected period and may differ from actual date of credit.

Offer Terms and Conditions:

1. This Offer is valid on all FCC Cards issued in India.

2. Add-on FCC cards will be treated as separate cards.

3. Only transactions completed during the Offer Term (00:00 hrs. on 21st June 2017 to 23:59 hrs. on 2nd July 2017) shall be considered under this offer.

4. 10% additional cash back is applicable on transactions made on FCC Cards, for a minimum net transaction value of Rupees.5000 Only during the Offer Term

5. The Offer is applicable at Shoppers Stop Limited (Shoppers Stop) stores across India including Shoppers Stop Airport Stores, HomeStop Stores and Mothercare Stores (Shoppers Stop operated stores) (herein after referred to as the “Stores” except for stores located at Durgapur, Vijayawada, Goa, Raipur, Raipur Airport, Siliguri, Latur, Agra, Meerut and Kolhapur.

6. Maximum cash back per FCC card will be Rupees 2000 Only

7. The cash back will not be applicable on purchases made through any First Citizen Reward Points, Instant redemption of Citi reward points, Shoppers Stop Gift Vouchers, Shoppers Stop Gift Cards, Shoppers Stop Electronic Gift Voucher or any other gift voucher, Cash and Credit Note.

8. To earn the cash back under the Offer, the FCC Card will have to be swiped on a Citibank EDC machine only. FCC Cardholders will not be credited any cash back if the transaction is swiped on a Non-Citibank EDC machine.

9. The Offer is applicable on Shoppers Stop End of Season SALE (EOSS) STOCKS as well as FRESH STOCKS which are not a part of Shoppers Stop’s EOSS.

10. The Offer is not valid for any purchases done at Crossword, www.crossw...in and at Shoppers Stop’s website, i.e., www.shoppersst...om.

11. During the Offer period, in the event of double swipe of FCC Card, and wherein, the complete transaction amount is refunded to the Cardmember’s FCC Card, then such Cardmembers shall not be eligible to receive the cashback for the said amount. In the event orders/transaction are cancelled (during & outside the Offer Term), the corresponding cashback value on that order/transaction will not be applicable. In the event orders/transaction are cancelled (during & outside the Offer Term) and if the net transaction amount falls below the minimum transaction amount of Rs. 5000, the Offer will not be applicable.

12. The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offers at the Shoppers Stop Stores except for select ongoing Citibank & Shoppers Stop Co-Brand card offers which shall be at the discretion of Shoppers Stop and/or Citibank.
