What is the offer?

• 10% Cashback max up to ₹150 on purchase of groceries on the Flipkart platform, using your PhonePe wallet or credit card/debit card/BHIM UPI through PhonePe during the offer period, as defined below.

What is the offer duration?

• 20th April, 2018 (00:00 Hours) to 22nd April, 2018 (23:59 Hours).

What is the minimum transaction value?

• The minimum transaction value is ₹1200 to be eligible for the offer.

What other conditions will apply to avail the offer?

• Max. cashback up to ₹150. Minimum net cart value, i.e. total cart value of Eligible products, should be equal to or more than ₹1200
• Cashback will be credited to customer PhonePe wallet within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction
• Cashback can be used for recharges, bill payments, merchant transactions across PhonePe
• The cashback amount credited to Your PhonePe wallet cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other users

How do I check if a product is eligible?

• This offer will be applicable only on Groceries.
• You can check the list of all offers applicable on a product, on the product page. This offer will also be listed there, if the product is eligible for the offer.

Will I get the offer if I pay through Flipkart Gift Card partially?

• Yes, you can avail the offer. In this case, the offer will only apply on the if the net amount paid through PhonePe wallet against the eligible products is equal to or more than ₹1200

How many times can this offer can be availed?

• Offer is applicable only on first eligible transaction.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Preliminary

• This Offer (defined below) is being extended by PhonpePe Private Limited (PhonePe) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively Platform), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (Flipkart).
• By participating in this Offer, user (You, Your or Customer) agrees to be bound by:

1. these terms and conditions (T&C);
2. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
3. all applicable terms and conditions of PhonePe.

Offer Details

• Offer is valid from 20th April, 2018 (00:00 Hours) to 22nd April, 2018 (23:59 Hours). (Offer Period).
• To avail this Offer You must do/ fulfill the following:
  1. Age must be 18 years or above;
  2. Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same;
  3. Must Purchase products during the Offer Period under Groceries using either Your PhonePe wallet or using Your credit card/ debit card/ UPI through PhonePe (Eligible Payment Method).
  4. You shall check product page and confirm Offer applicability before making any purchase.
• In case partial payment is made through Flipkart Gift Card, Offer will apply only on the amount paid through the Eligible Payment Method, against the purchase of Eligible Products
• On the first instance of fulfilling the above requirements during the Offer Period you will get 10% cashback, maximum cashback up to ₹150, which will be credited into Your PhonePe wallet within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction on the Platform (Offer). In case the PhonePe wallet limit for the month has been reached, the cashback will be credited on the first business day of the next month. The maximum cashback that can be availed under this Offer is ₹150.
• The cashback amount credited to Your PhonePe wallet cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other users.
• In case where cashback has been credited to Your PhonePe wallet and You cancel the transaction and You seek a refund, the amount of cashback shall be deducted from the amount of the refund due and payable to You.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any offer made available to You by an issuer of any Debit Card or Credit Card or any bank.
