The IndusInd Bank “Valentine’s Day Offer” is open to all customers holding a valid IndusInd Bank Debit
Card and have been communicated the offer through SMS/Email.

 The programme is valid from 10th February 2020 till 14th February 2020. The Offer is brought to you
by IndusInd Bank Limited (“IndusInd Bank”) and participation in the Offer is voluntary.

Offer Construct:
 Gift Offer: Get 10% off on retail and online gift stores when you shop with IndusInd Bank
Debit Card. Valid from 10th – 14th February 2020
 Dining Offer: Get 10% off on dining at your favorite restaurants with IndusInd Bank Debit
Card. Valid 13th – 14th February 2020

Offer T&C:
1. Gift Offer-
 Offer is applicable from 10th – 14th February 2020
 Transactions of value over Rs. 1,000/- to be rewarded under the program.
 Offer will be applicable only once per customer during the offer period.
 Maximum cashback applicable is Rs 1,000/-
 Offer applicable only on gift card/novelty/souvenir shops and florists like Archies,
FernNPetals, Floweraura, etc with MCC (Merchant Category Codes)- “5992”, “5947” &
“5950”

2. Dining Offer-
 Offer is applicable from 13th – 14th February 2020
 Transactions of value over Rs. 3,000/- to be rewarded under the program.
 Offer will be applicable only once per customer during the offer period.
 Maximum cashback applicable is Rs 1500/-
 Offer applicable only on Eating Places & Restaurants with MCC (Merchant Category
Codes) – “5812”
 Offer not applicable on food delivery and catering merchants.

3. The offer is applicable only for select customers who are communicated about the same by
the Bank through email/SMS.
4. To qualify for the cashback, customer has to do the requisite activity, as communicated in the
“offer”.
5. Cashback will be credited to the eligible customers by 31st March, 2020.
6. Transactions considered for the offer eligibility include only payments made directly using
Debit Card on retail and online merchants. Payments/transactions/withdrawals done using
Mobile Banking, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets and ATM will not be considered for the offer
eligibility.
