Offer specifics 1. Under the offer all Standard Chartered Visa debit card holders (“Cardholders”) are eligible to get cash back as stated in the offer communication. 2. To register for the offer, the Cardholder has to follow the steps mentioned in the offer communication. 3. Maximum cash back offered will be `250 (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) per debit card. 4. The Cardholder has to carry out at least 2 transactions on the debit card, aggregating to `500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) during the offer period, to be eligible for the offer. 5. The offer is valid from 1 July 2016 to 31 July 2016 6. Cash back amount will be credited to the savings account by 30 September 2016 7. Transactions done by the Cardholder during the offer period only, will qualify for cash back. 8. Cash back will be calculated only on the amount transacted on Standard Chartered Bank debit card 9. Offer is not applicable for NRE Clients 10. Offer is not applicable on International spends 11. Visa has assigned a Merchant Category Code (MCC). The merchants at which transactions are carried out by the Cardholder on their Standard Chartered Visa debit card, should be registered with Visa under a MCC. Any transaction done at other merchants, will not qualify for cash back. Customer Service In event of any discrepancy in the calculation of the cash back, please contact Standard Chartered Bank phone banking on the numbers given on the website along with a copy of transaction charge-slip/proof of transaction to enable the bank to resolve the discrepancy. In all such cases the decision of the bank shall be final. Cardholders must contact the Bank with any discrepancy in the calculation of the cash back amount latest by31 December, 2016.
