Axis Bank Cash Back Terms and Conditions
• 10% Cashback with Axis Bank Debit & Credit Cards issued in India on transactions on Flipkart.com, m.flipkart.com & mAPP
• The Offer is valid from February 2, 2016 (12:00 Hours) to February 2, 2016 (16:00Hours), (Offer Period)
• The minimum transaction amount to avail the Offer is Rs. 10,999/-
• Add on cards will be treated as separate cards.
• The Offer is applicable Only on Le1S Mobile phones
• This Offer is valid for maximum cash back of Rs. 1099/- per card during the offer term.
• The Offer is ALSO applicable on purchase of Flipkart EGV
Detailed Terms and Conditions
• Cash back amount will be credited to customer’s card account on or before April 10, 2016. The time line provided for effecting credit is only indicative of expected period and may vary from the actual date of credit.
• The offer is also applicable on EMI transactions done using Axis Bank Credit Card
• The discount will be calculated on the final cart amount
• The offer is not applicable for cash on delivery transaction
• The offer will not be applicable on Gift Wrap or premium delivery charges
• Axis Bank cardholder will have to make the payment with their Axis Bank cards only to avail this offer
• No discount will be applicable in case of partial payments. In case, for any transaction if a customer uses Flipkart EGV or Wallet no discount will be applied under the above offer
• Axis Bank does not make any warranties or representation of the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included in this Offer. The sellers on Flipkart.com shall be responsible for the products purchased by a customer. Neither Axis Bank nor any of its subsidiaries assumes any responsibility for the service offered by Flipkart & its seller
• Axis Bank holds no warranty or makes no representation about the quality offered by the sellers on Flipkart. Any dispute or claim regarding the services must be resolved by the customers with Flipkart or its sellers, directly without any reference to Axis Bank.
