This offer is made to Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Bank”) in alliance with Reliance Brands Limited for Kotak Credit customers (“Customers”). Bank reserves the right to offer the Offer to any of its Cardholders at its sole discretion.

All disputes will be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
The Customer cannot club any other offers along with this offer. The Offer cannot be transferred/ assigned to any other person or Customer.
Cancelled transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Cashback.
Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the customer of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Kotak Credit Card Customers directly with the Merchant and Kotak Credit Card Customers shall not make any Claim against or bank.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Bank shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer.
Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether any other Court or Tribunal has concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by Reliance Brands Ltd. Any issue or dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved in writing by the Customer with Reliance Brands Ltd. directly without any reference to the Bank.
The Offer is non-transferable, non-encashable and non-negotiable and is for one time use only and cannot be clubbed with any other offer. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other credit benefits.
The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by Reliance Brands Limited its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he/she may suffer on account of the offer.
