Some pointer.

1. It’s only for orders delivered through ekart

2. Order should be on cod

3. Delivery number ( fk registered number can be anything) and phonepe account number should be same.

4. Sms will come on the day of delivery only after the out for delivery message. Sometimes it can be few minutes before delivery. Proceed only if you get 100% Cb message.

5. Only after getting Sms, if you go to phonepe app on the same number, you will get a notification that ekart has requested for a payment. Payment has to be full. For me Cb was instant all the time.

To add, delivery boy will get a confirmation message for payment. If has not seen it and asks you for payment, ask him to check the messages.

You will not have control on that. They can ship through any courier. If it’s not ekart, you won’t get cb.
