On what products are these cashback applicable?
A: Offer is applicable on Smartphones & Tablets above 5000/- [including GST]
On what products are these cashback applicable?
A: Offer is applicable on all brands excluding Apple and Samsung smartphones
Is there any Maximum Capping for 100% Cash back?
A: No maximum Capping.
Is there any minimum purchase value for 100% Cash back?
A: Minimum value is 5000/-
Will a customer be entitled for cash back on all phones if he purchases more than one phone?
A: One mobile number is entitled for only one cash back offer for the entire campaign period.
Is cash back applicable for all type of payment modes?
A: Yes cash back is applicable on Cash, Card and Finance bills. Including payments done under payTM and other mode of payment accepted by Sangeetha.
Is VAS claims applicable on Cash back invoice?
A: DP & PP for 30 days is applicable on these cash back invoices.
What is the campaign period?
A: Offer Starts from 31st May 2018 and ends on 8th July 2018.
When will the customer get 100% cash back?
A: Customer shall register himself on Sangeetha App, he shall be eligible for the cash back post invoice validation, which would be maximum period of 72 hours.
How will cash back credited to customer account?
A: Post validation in Sangeetha app customer will get cash back in 10 coupon codes which will be updated in app.
What will be the Value of the each cash back coupon?
A: Each coupon value will be 10% of the handset value excluding GST.
Redemption related FAQ
What can customer buy in that cash back amount?
A: Customer can buy any phone or accessories other than Apple.
What is the validity of each coupon code?
A: Each coupon code will have validity of 30 days and 1st coupon code validity starts from 9th July 2018 and expires on 31st July 2018, post it will be calendar month for next 9 months. However last 2 coupons shall expire in March 2019.
Can I redeem full amount of cash back in redemption purchases?
A: Customer can avail 10% of redemption invoice value or coupon code value, whichever is lower.
How can I redeem the cash back amount?
A: Customer has to opt for redemption in app and should select the item model which will validates the cash back on redemption invoice value.

Can I club multiple codes for single purchase?
A: No, only one code is entitled for a purchase.
What if customer doesn’t use the coupon code in that month?
A: If coupon code is not used within the time line, it will be expired.
What if any balance amount is available in cash back code after redemption?
A: Balance amount will be lapsed and cannot be carried forward for next month.
Can I give my cash back coupon to my family or friends for their purchase?
A: Yes customer can give his code through the referral process.
Will I get any additional offers on redemption invoices?
A: Customer will not be entitled for any offers other than Brand offers.
Can customer will be entitled for trail pack VAS on redemption invoices?
A: Yes customer can claim PP or DP within 30 days for trail pack.
Can customer purchase VAS products in redemption invoice?
A: Yes
Can Customer purchase recharge from his cash back amount?
A: No
Can customer purchase more than one product on redemption?
A: Yes

Can discount be given to customer?
