Terms & Conditions
1. This offer (“Offer”) is provided by YES BANK Limited (“Bank”) and is made available on
www.ama...in or the mobile application or mobile site thereof (“Website”) by Amazon Seller Services
Private Limited (“Amazon”).
2. These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Website Conditions of Use &
Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using the Website. In the event of any conflict between
the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes
of this Offer.
3. All residents of India holding a valid and current YES BANK’s debit and/or credit card(s) (“Card”) are
eligible to avail the Offer.
4. The validity of the Offer is from February 21, 2017 to February 23, 2017, both days inclusive (“Offer
Period”), or until stocks of the Products (defined hereinafter) last, whichever is earlier, unless revoked by
Amazon in its sole discretion, or revoked by YES BANK, without any prior notice and without liability.
5. Under this Offer, any customer who, during the Offer Period, purchases a new Sanyo television
(“Product”) using the Card issued by YES BANK will be entitled to receive a cashback to the tune of 15%
of the list price of the Product The maximum cashback per card is Rs.3000.
6. This Offer will also be applicable on purchase of Products by the customers under an exchange offer (if
available and applicable on the Products). For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that 15% cash
back will be provided to the customers on the net value paid i.e. the price paid by the customers after the
exchange offer has been availed.
7. The Offer can be availed only once on each Card. In other words, in the event a customer avails the Offer
using a Card in accordance with these Offer Terms, such customer will not be entitled to avail the Offer
again using the same Card (whether such customer buys the same Product or a different variant of the
Product).
8. The relevant cashback will be credited in eligible customer’s account on or before April 23, 2017.
9. This Offer will not be applicable if the customer or Amazon cancels the order and/or returns the Product
and in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn.
10. YES BANK reserves the right to disqualify the customers from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent
activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or
otherwise by use of the Card.
11. YES BANK & Amazon reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any
reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace,
wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or
withdraw it altogether.
12. Delinquent and over-limit Bank’s credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.
13. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the
Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
14. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by YES BANK or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other
offers.
15. The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the
terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition
to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
16. This Offer is not valid on corporate or commercial Cards.
17. This Offer is not available on purchase of products other than the Product.
18. This Offer is also applicable on payment made by customers using the ‘Card on Delivery’ payment
option provided that: (a) the order for the Product is placed by the customers on the Website during the
Offer Period; and (b) the customer, at the time of delivery of the Product, makes the payment via card
accepting machine carried by the delivery associate using the Card. In the event, for any reason, the card
accepting machine is not available or is not working, the customers will not be entitled to avail the Offer.
19. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive
jurisdiction over any matters/ disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
20. Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
YES BANK LIMITED (YES BANK) provides no assurance on the products and/ or services offered by
Amazon. YES BANK is also not liable in any manner for any loss/ damage/ claim, howsoever or whatsoever
that may arise out of the use of this offer. Any disputes that may arise out of this offer should be directly taken
up with Amazon and in full exception to YES BANK.
