Program Terms and Conditions

The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).

The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of State Bank of India credit card which (a) bears the State Bank of India and/or State Bank of India name and logo on the face of the card and/or (b) refers to a member of the State Bank of India Group as an issuer or a participant partner on the bank of the card, including for the avoidance of doubt any co-branded/affinity card issued by any members of State Bank of India’s Group. Cardholders must settle payment with their credit card in order to enjoy the Promotion.

The coupon entitles the customer to a 15% discount off the total booking cost, up to a maximum discount of INR 3500.

To be eligible, the transaction must

be of a value of at least INR 10,000 (excluding Airbnb service fees and cleaning fees),
be completed (including host acceptance) using the promo code before 11:59pm IST on 31st December, 2016 and
be for a stay between 7th October, 2016 and 31st March, 2017 (both dates inclusive).

Valid only for first-time bookings by registered Airbnb users in India. Valid only for listings located outside of India. Limited to one discount per registered user.

Not transferable to another user or redeemable for cash. May not be combined with another Airbnb coupon or discount code.

Any subsequent refund will be limited to the amount actually paid. Coupon codes may not be supported on older versions of Airbnb’s mobile apps. Airbnb reserves the right to any remedy, including denial of the discount or cancellation of your account or reservations, if fraud, tampering, violations of Airbnb’s Terms of Service or technical errors are suspected.

SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Programme and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Merchant.

All government levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable.

It is the Cardholders responsibility to comply with the local customs and excise laws while making purchase of products at Merchant’s Stores. SBICPSL and Merchant does not take responsibility for violation of the same.

Any disputes arising out of the Programme shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be

At New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL and/or Merchant. The courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to try and entertain any dispute arising out of this Programme.

Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Programme. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.

SBICPSL reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Programme or to withdraw or cancel this Programme at any time with/without prior notice to the Cardholders.
