What is the offer?

Get 15% Instant Discount with Axis Bank Credit and 10% Instant Discount with Debit Cards, on purchase of any product listed in the Amazon Pantry Store or Fresh Store. The Offer is valid on the following dates in Feb 2020 i.e. 1th Feb, 8th Feb, 15th Feb, 22nd Feb and 29th Feb. Please check the product page for offer eligibility.


How can I avail this offer?

Just go through the normal purchase process and checkout with the eligible products. On the payment page, please select your saved Axis Bank Card to pay.


What is the minimum transaction size for the offer?
As long as Rs. 2,500 is spent on the card for purchase of eligible products on each cart separately (Pantry, Fresh and Prime Now), you will be eligible for the offer during respective check out.


What is the maximum discount that I can avail?
The maximum discount possible per Axis Bank Card across Amazon.in Site, App and Prime Now App is Rs.400/month on Credit Card and Rs.300/month on Debit Card. Example (For Credit Card):
a) Pantry cart value is Rs. 2500, max discount is Rs 375
b) Fresh cart value is Rs. 2500 and Pantry cart value is Rs. 3000 If Fresh cart is checked out first, discount on Fresh would be Rs. 375 and Pantry discount would be Rs. 25. If Pantry cart is checked out first then discount on Pantry would be 400 and Fresh would be Rs. 0.
c) Pantry cart value is Rs. 2000 and Fresh cart value is Rs. 1000 irrespective of checkout sequence discount on both will be Rs. 0 as this transaction doesn’t meet the minimum transaction criteria of either carts.


Is discount applicable on debit and credit cards?
Yes, the discount is available on Axis Bank Credit and Debit Cards.


Can I avail discount on EMI? Yes, the discount is applicable on Axis Bank Debit and Credit Card EMI.


I did not receive the discount. Why?

Please make sure you are using an eligible card, and have eligible Pantry and Fresh products worth Rs. 2,500 or more in each cart separately (Pantry, Fresh and Prime Now).


My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the offer?

If your payment failed while placing the order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revise your payment.
