1. What is the offer?

Get 15% Instant Discount with HSBC Bank Credit and Debit Cards and, on purchase of any product listed in the Amazon Pantry Store on all Fridays in February 2020: 07th, 14th, 21st and 28th Feb. Please check the product page for offer eligibility.

2. How can I avail this offer?

Just go through the normal purchase process and checkout with the eligible products. On the payment page, please select your saved HSBC Bank Credit or Debit Cards to pay.

3. What is the minimum transaction size for the offer?

As long as Rs.1,500 is spent on the card for purchase of eligible products, you will be eligible for the offer.

4. What is the maximum discount that I can avail?

The maximum discount possible per Federal Bank Debit Cards across Amazon.in Site and App is Rs.300.

Example:

a) Pantry cart value is Rs. 1500, max discount is Rs 225

b) Fresh cart value is Rs. 1500 and Pantry cart value is Rs. 2000

If Fresh cart is checked out first, discount on Fresh would be Rs. 225 and Pantry discount would be Rs. 75. If Pantry cart is checked out first then discount on Pantry would be 300 and Fresh would be Rs. 0.

c) Pantry cart value is Rs. 1000 and Fresh cart value is Rs. 1000 irrespective of checkout sequence discount on both

Please make sure you are using an eligible card, and have eligible Pantry products worth Rs.1,500 or more in your cart.

8. My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the offer?
