don’t go for these tests blindly by opting for a “package”, most of the laboratory tests only mean something if corroborated with clinical symptoms, meaning your doc advises tests based on your clinical symptoms.
example: Widal Test (for typhoid) being positive doesn’t mean you have typhoid, positive ELISA (common for AIDS screening) doesn’t mean you have AIDS, Positive Mantoux test (for TB) doesn’t necessarily mean you have active TB.

TL;DR: if you go hunting for a disease, you WILL find it.
