1st & 5th UPI Transactions on PhonePe
Terms & Conditions
When a user makes a money transfer using UPI for the first time, the user gets 50% cashback (up to ₹50), and for the user’s fifth ever money transfer using UPI, the user gets 50% cashback (up to ₹50).
Offer is valid only on money transfers using the PhonePe app, where money is transferred via UPI to a PhonePe user, or a VPA, or a bank account (using its account number & IFSC code), or money is transferred between the user’s own linked bank accounts.
The offer is valid for the first ever ‘send money’ transaction and fifth ever ‘send money’ transaction using UPI
This offer will be valid once per user and once per Smartphone and once per bank account.
The Cashbacks will be credited to the PhonePe Wallet within 24 hrs.
This offer starts on 23rd August 2017 (15:00 Hours) and will be valid till 31st August 2017 (23:59:59 Hours)
If the offer overlaps with any other existing offers, the maximum of the offers is applicable.
PhonePe has the right to amend the terms & conditions, end the offer, or call back any or all of its offers without prior notice.
Cashback can be used for recharges, bill payments, merchant transactions across PhonePe.
Cashback credited to a user cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other users.
In case of dispute, PhonePe reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

Have made 1st UPI transaction already (before offer start date) but not the 5th yet. In this case are we Eligible for the 5th transaction cashback?
Can anyone pl help me to know how to use phonepe UPI? I installed PhonePe app but not able to setup my account it says " Mobile number mismatch" during verify device to Enable UPI..I tried selecting Dual Sim phone but unable to verify. PhonePe support numbers are invalid. Pl help urgently.
Suppose your Bank Savings a/c is connected with 9822222222 number , u will have to choose that number only.
No number will be accepted unless it is linked with a certain Saving bank account
is it for old user who have transferd alredy before but no transfer made in offer period
they are having lot of glitches in their app. My cashback for first and even fifth transaction is pending at their end. I even gone till 7- 9 UPI transactions to check if I will get cashback but no success. Contacted PhonePe and raised the case. Customer support is worst. Its almost more than 15 days now and still there is no update. I get a reply our backend team is working on it. Even on 15th August went to spencer mall where Phone Pe was providing 15% cashback upto Rs 150 and there is a flat cashback of Rs 100 from Paytm, because of mine issue not resolved I preferred to go with Paytm where the cashback is guaranteed.
I agree with you..I clicked on verify device and its showing SMS is sending but not getting verified. I tried 25 SMS already.
Try with only one sim inserted ( the one linked with you bank ).
Check phonepe app permission ( see if it can send and read sms ) from phone setting.
BTW, which phone and android version you are using ?
