Credit cards, have a dispute form, but for debit card no idea from my side. Just try searching for card dispute forms online in your card issuing bank site. If you get it just write to them with details. If not available, then better use social medias like Twitter/ Facebook etc… to flood with what they have done to you…. keep posting and damage their social blogs.
