Offer: 25% instant discount on 5 Uber rides for each Uber user on Axis Bank Credit Cards. Maximum discount per transaction will be Rs. 100.

How to avail the offer:

1. Go to Payments section in the Uber App 2. Apply promocode “UBAXIS1” under the promotions tab 3. Book your Uber ride Terms of the offer:  Offer: Each User shall be entitled to an instant discount of 25% on 5 (five) Uber rides taken by a User during the offer period and the payment for such transaction is made through an Axis Bank Credit Card.  The maximum discount that can be availed by a User under the Offer is INR 100 per transaction  The discount shall be available on the net transaction value of a single transaction. The discount is applicable on each single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the same. The offer construct shall be mutually agreed by both the parties.  Offer Period: 17th October to 13th November 2019 (both days inclusive).  Promo Code can be applied under the Promotions tab on the Uber App.  The offer will be valid during the Promotion Period only which will be at the sole discretion of Uber & Axis Bank.  Uber & Axis Bank retain the right to change or discontinue the Offer at any time during the Promotion Period without prior notice.  This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Axis Bank offer.  User: The Offer can be availed by any new and existing user of Uber App.  The offer is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be en-cashed.  This Offer is valid on all Axis Bank Retail Credit Cards. This Offer is not valid on Corporate Credit Cards.  Offer is valid for rides taken on Uber App in India only.  If the invoice amount is more than discount, then the balance will be charged to the payment option selected by the customer on the Uber app, which in this case will be Axis Bank Credit Card. If the invoice amount is less than discount, there will be no refund of the balance amount.  All customer queries/dispute on the offer should be raised during the Promotion Period or within 90 days after expiry of the Promotion Period. For any disputes, the customer needs to furnish a scanned copy of the charge slip and Invoice for the case to be taken for further investigation.  The decision of Uber & Axis Bank will be final and binding on all and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.  Uber and Axis Bank reserve the right at any time, without notice, to add/alter/change/ or vary any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, entire or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether, without assigning any reason or without prior intimation whatsoever.  Axis Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the Offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.  The participation in the offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the users shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.  In case of all matters relating to the offer including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any user for the Offer, Axis Bank’s decision shall be final and binding on the users in all respects.  The terms and conditions governing the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Card issued by Axis Bank.  Axis Bank only offers discount on purchase of goods and services of Uber by using Axis Bank Credit Card and Axis Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered/sold by the Uber.
