How to generate the coupon
Install aliexpress app,login then in side menu option you will get option to get your $4 coupon.That’it.You can check t&c in my coupon tab

But the catch is you need,new phone,new address,new contact number,and new debit or credit card that never been used on AliExpress
This $4 on $5 works through out the year.
It’s very easy to get coupon but nearly impossible to utilize it for a successful order.
It may work for those who had never made any account or account was not used for long time.
However, those who had multiple accounts, their ip, mobile used to install app, address and payment details are already saved under suspicious activity by their system.
Once you try to place order using coupon , either order gets frozen after payment deduction or gives error saying system busy.
If you get any of the above errors, it means your account is now blocked to use any coupon. You can still order but without using coupon.
So I think it’s useless to waste your time if you are not first timer.
