HDFC Bank Debit Cards offer

• Customer if communicated by HDFC Bank Ltd. shall be eligible for 5% cashback on loading the eGiftPlus card online with HDFC Bank Debit card.
• Customer will be eligible to earn a maximum of ₹100 per customer in a month
• The cashback will be posted within 90 days from the end of the month of transaction.
• Offer will be valid from Nov 1st to Nov 30th,2018

Debit cards – Generic terms and conditions

1. Offer is eligible only post the date of receipt of the communication through SMS/email.
2. Offer is applicable only for HDFC Bank Debit Card holders who have been communicated by HDFC
Bank through SMS/Email.
3. Eligible CashBack for the offer will be posted within 90 days after the offer end date on a best effort basis.
4. Cashback is earned in the form of Cashback points, where 1 Point = 1 Rupee

• Through NetBanking: Cards> Debit Cards > Enquire> CashBack Enquiry and Redemption> Account
  Number> Continue> Input the CashBack amount
• Through PhoneBanking

5. Promotional Cashback points earned will be valid for redemption for 12 months, post which the same will expire.
6. ATM withdrawals will not be considered for the offer.
7. Offer Winner will be calculated as the cumulative eligible POS & online transactions done on Debit Card held by the customer.
8. Only valid transactions shall be considered for calculation of winners.
9. No Netsafe/ ATM Card transactions will be considered for the offer.
10. The offer is applicable only on all successful online debit card transactions made through HDFC Bank
Debit Cards. returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions, card membership fees and Cash withdrawal at Point-of-Sale and at any ATMs will not be considered for this offer.
11. HDFC Bank Debit Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer.
12. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a ‘best effort’ basis.
13. This offer is valid only on HDFC Bank Debit Card customer communicated by HDFC Bank Ltd.

Credit Cards Offer

• Customer will be eligible to earn a maximum of ₹100 per credit card per month for Credit card offer
• The cashback will be posted within 90 days from the end of the month of transaction.
• Offer will be valid from Nov 1st to Nov 30th,2018
• Offer is applicable on Retail Credit cards

Credit cards -Generic Terms and Conditions:

• HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by The partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with The partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
• HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s
  under the said Offer offered by The partner
• HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.

• Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from offer fulfillment date.
