Offer Details
The Offer is applicable for all IndusInd Bank Credit Card Customers holding an Eligible Card.
Customers who have done a minimum number of Eligible Transactions during the Offer Period using his/her Eligible Card shall qualify for Cashback as mentioned below.

The cash-back will be credited to the qualifying Credit card account within 30 days from the last date of the offer period.
Eligible Transactions done by the Customer across all Primary and Add-on Cards will be aggregated at Customer’s card account level for the purpose of calculating eligibility. The offer is not applicable separately on Primary and Add-on Cards.
For example, if Customer A has done 10 Eligible Transactions on his Primary Card and 5 Eligible Transactions on his Add-on Card, the total Eligible Transactions will be 10 + 5 = 15.
The Total Cashback, therefore, applicable in this example will be ₹1,000 only.
It will NOT be ₹1,500 (i.e. ₹1,000 on Primary Card and ₹500 on Add-on Card separately).
If the Cardholder has done multiple transactions at the same Merchant on the same day within the same hour, only one such transaction of the Maximum Amount will be considered for the purpose of calculating eligibility under this offer.
Only approved undisputed Purchase transactions will be eligible for being considered under the Offer. All transactions that have been carried out on the Eligible Card in the Offer Period and reversed subsequently for any reason whatsoever shall not be considered for flat Cashback.
Only Settled Transactions i.e. Transactions which have been successfully posted into the customer’s card account on or before 30 days post offer expiry date will be considered for the purpose of this Program
Cashback under this program will not be credited if the cardholder has an overdue outstanding at the time of crediting of Cashback to the cardholders card account
If the Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder at any time during the Offer Period or before the Credit of Cashback, all benefits under the Offer shall lapse. This includes any relationship terminated either by the Bank or the Cardholder
IndusInd Bank shall not be liable or responsible for non-receipt or delivery of any SMS/other communication relating to this Offer due to any reason beyond the control of IndusInd Bank
Other terms and conditions

The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date
Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the Participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis
The Offer is non-transferable
The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever
All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai
The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
Terms of Cardholder’s Agreement applicable.
The Offer is provided by the Bank at its sole discretion and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Bank.
In no event shall Samsung be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Offer, its services, these Terms (however arising, including negligence). Samsung shall not be responsible for any liability of any kind. Claims, if any, shall lie exclusively against IndusInd Bank only.
