Once I had bought a wall lamp. And they sent only the glass, without the decorative holder. The stupid & arrogant custcare people tried to convince me that it is sold like this. Had to get into a prolonged fight to get it returned and recover the money. My advice, buy nothing that is worth more than 500/-. You had been warned.
