PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.This limited period promotion (“Promotion”) is provided by Vijay Television Private Limited(“NVOK”).

2.These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale to which you agree by using the Amazon.in website and/ or mobile application. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale are inconsistent with these Terms; these Terms will prevail with respect to the Promotion only.

3.This Promotion will be available on Amazon.in from 23rd July, 2016 10:00 and continue till 29th July, 2016 8:00 (“Promotion Period”) unless extended or revoked by NVOK at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

4.During the Promotion Period, any person who signs in to the Amazon.in mobile/tablet application will be able to view a qualifying question for participation in the “Neengalum Vellalam Oru Kodi” show (“Show”). Persons interested in participating in the Show, may SMS the answer to the qualifying question along with their contact details directly to NVOK at 57827. Thereafter, NVOK may reach out to the selected participants for any further actions required.

5.You must be able to speak and understand Tamil to be eligible to participate in this Promotion.

6.NVOK reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/ or alter any of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

7.By participating in this Promotion, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms, Terms & Conditions mentioned in www.n...in and expressly agree that: (a) the Promotion is provided on a best effort basis; (b) information in relation to the Show, including the contact details of NVOK are displayed on the Amazon.in website on an “as-is” basis; ©you are not bound in any way to participate in this Promotion and any participation is voluntary; (d)Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Promotion; (b) any benefits provided under this Promotion are provided by NVOK and Amazon will not mediate any disputes or differences between you and NVOK in relation to this Promotion.
