Phone pe option not showing currently in FP

Foodpanda with burnt fingers in recent promotion has lost its mind. Even i dont see phonepe option which i used only twice. Also for a week or more they kept showing me one msg all the time while ordering. ‘There is issue with your account’.

There is no customer care phone or chat option to talk to. Who the hell would bother to mail, wait for reply and then order food?

Swiggy has top notch service. Foodpanda has gone to rats.

If something is wrong with your order, u will just test your luck. No option to get immediate resolution. Pathetic.

Coupons and offers given by themselves in notifications don’t work.

Now at payment option it’s showing me use code treat to get 20% cash back. And same code isnt getting applied. What a joke.

BTW I have only one account, never misused even once. Unless their definition of misuse is ‘using offer given by them’.
