• The Golden Times Promotion (“Promo”) is being organized by PepsiCo India Holdings Private Limited (“Organizer”). It is valid only on 250 ml, 300 ml,500 ml,600 ml, 750 ml, 1.2l, 2l, 2.25l PET bottles of brand “Pepsi, 7UP,Mirinda, Mountain Dew, Slice” plying this offer, hereinafter referred to as “Product/s”.
• Promo is valid from December 1st, 2018 to January 31st, 2019, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana,Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Gujarat and Maharashtra. For the purpose of determining the participating region, the circle/registration details of the mobile phone used for participating in the Promo would be the deciding factor and not the physical location of the Participant.
• In case participation is received from any region or state other than the states or regions stated above, the Organizer would be at liberty to reject such entries.
• Participation in the Promo is optional. Product without this Promo is also available.
• Promo is open to all Indian citizens residing in India, above 18 years of age (“Participant”). The Promo is not open to the employees of Organizers, their family members, Organizers’ associate companies, its bottlers, its JV partners, its co-packers, its distributors, its agents, its advertising andpromotional agencies and its auditors and their associate companies or any person who is not “competent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

• The Participant must purchase any Product to participate in the Promo and must look under the cap of the purchased Product where he/she will find a 8 digit code (“Promo Code”), except for Slice. For Slice, the Participant has to look for the Promo Code, behind the label of the purchased Product.
• The Participant can participate in the Promo only once through purchase of one Product. For instance, if a Participant avails the Prize once, he / she will not be entitled to win a Prize through the Promo Code of the same Product pack through which he/she previously participated. • From amongst all the Participants who participate in the Promo as mentioned above in Clause 6, Participants also stand a chance to win “Mega Prize, i.e one gold coin of 22 Karat, 10 g”, every hour of the day from 10 AM to 8 PM (“Mega Prize”). For Tamil Nadu, the Participants are mandatorily required to answer a question, i.e “PepsiCo I love Ponneram because_____________”, in not more than 140 words. For every valid code, the first response describing the Participant’s love for Ponneram will be considered for evaluation. Each first response will be evaluated on the creativity of the response received by an independent auditor appointed by the Organizers. Only those entries which are selected by the independent auditor shall stand a chance to win the Mega Prize-one gold coin of 22 Karat, 10 g.
• The data maintained for the judging process by the Organizer would be considered final.
• For Tamil Nadu, only the selected entries as detailed in Para 8a) above, and for rest of the states where this Promo is valid, all the SMS’s received by the Organizer with a valid Promo Code, pursuant to the Promo, as per these Terms and Conditions, will be put through a randomizer software , every hour of the day between 10 AM and 8 PM during the Promo Period.
• A total of 10 (1 every hour of the day) Mega Prize Winners will be selected through the randomizing software, under this Promo. In case of rejections due to technical or other reasons alternates may need to be selected.
• The Organizer will inform the Mega Prize Winners of their winner status post completion of the audit and other verification formalities.
• One Participant, irrespective of the number of mobile number he/ she owns or possesses, can participate by entering a valid Promo Code, to get a chance to win the Mega Prize, to a maximum of 10 times

• Presentation of the original code bearing winning label /crown to the Organizer or its authorized representatives is mandatory to claim the Mega Prize. 2. How to participate in the Golden Times Promotion?
Participant needs to purchase the product, SMS the 8-digit unique code printed behind the label or under the crown to +91 9223492234. Post sending the SMS, the participant will receive an SMS confirmation containing 17-digit code which would be counted as valid entry.

5. What is the Assured Prize for the Promotion and how can a participant avail the same?

6. How will the winners be contacted?
Winners will be contacted by the representatives of the Organizers on his/her mobile number. The winner would be contacted thrice over a period of 48 hrs. In case the Mega Prize winner is not reachable, or the Prize cannot be redeemed by him for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer will reserve the right to either pass on the Mega Prize to another Participant, selected through the randomizer or forfeit the Mega Prize entirely, without any further notice to the Mega Prize winner.

7. In case of Lost Label / Crown would I be able to get the Prize ?
Presentation of the original code bearing winning label / crown to the Organizer or its authorized representatives is mandatory to claim the Mega Prize. In case the code bearing winning label / crown is not presented, lost, misplaced or mutilated, the Organizer would be within his rights to pass the Prize to another Participant or to forfeit the Prize, without any further communication to the Participant.
