I got "HP " AMD Ryzen 3 /4GB Ram/1TB /win10 (with optical drive) from amazon @₹21k last october. Funtastic performance .
Easily can add another 8Gb ram stick when possible. remove the preinstalled un necessary junk & make win 10 boot fast.

So final pricing would be 24500
But yeah you can easily add 4/8 gigs ram to boost performance.
There is even a m2 slot(not 100℅ sure) for SSD installation.
This would then basically become as fast as those 40-50k laptop
