1. This is a Special Cashback promotional offer on “Add Money (“Offer”) and is valid for Vodafone Post-paid and Prepaid

4. The offer is applicable once per user per month.

I recharged prepaid mobile by mistake for 3000 in June. Still have half left. Any idea how to convert that to mpesa or any form of usable money?
