I was also having a same issue for recharge promo code….they told me to recharge without promo code and then I gave order I’d….they credited cashback automatically…

it’s not about card linked with diff account…ur card is blocked on fc…. u cant use it anymore…. use diff. card….
Note- if u gonna use same card on 2 diff accounts den fc might block ur card….

He doesn’t want to add the money he wants to redeem add100 code which’s applicable only on physical card transactions
