1. Maximum Cashback amount per Card is Rs 1000/- during the offer period, Minimum
transaction value- Rs 12,000
2. Offer can be availed using YES BANK Credit Card or Debit Card.
3. Offer is valid from 28th April -1st May 2017
4. Cashback will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer.
5. Cash back will be credited back to the Customer’s credit card/debit card account on or before
1st July 2017

Log on to cromaretail.com or visit any of the Croma stores & pay in full using YES BANK
Debit / Credit Card.
Detailed Terms & Conditions:
1. The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is from 28th April -1st May 2017 (Both days included),
unless extended by Bank & Croma.
2. Under this program:
a. For transaction amounting to Rs. 12,000 & above with YES BANK debit or credit card,
the cardholder can avail of a 5% Cash back on qualifying transaction at Croma store
and / or croma.com
b. Maximum Cash back during the offer period is capped at Rs. 1,000 per card.
3. This Program is not applicable on Corporate or business cards.
4. Cashback programme is also applicable on e-Commerce transactions done on www.cro...om
5. Cash back will be credited to the card account by 1st July 2017
6. Cashback is applicable on EMI transactions on credit cards of participating banks.
7. All queries related to the Program will be entertained only till 1st May 2017
8. Any query regarding the Cash Back will be entertained till 1st August 2017. Post such date,
Banks will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Programme
from any cardholder.
9. The Exclusive offers/discounts under these Programs cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
10. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the
Cardholders apart from this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
11. Products offered under this program are subject to availability from the respective
participating outlets of Croma and accordingly YES BANK in no circumstances shall be liable
for non-availability of any of the products.
12. Under no circumstance will the offer being offered under this Program be settled with cash in
lieu by YES BANK or by Merchant
13. All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the
Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
14. YES BANK & Croma reserve the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions
applicable to this Program at any time with/without prior notice to the cardholders.
