#airtelThanks is an invite only, privilege membership program with a host of benefits. Select Airtel postpaid & prepaid customers can now get a multitude of benefits like Amazon Prime at no cost, Airtel secure, additional free connections, 100% cashback on recharges and many more benefits.

Q2. How can I join airtel Thanks Program?
Thanks is an invite only program for privileged Airtel postpaid and prepaid customers. Eligibility for Thanks is decided basis current bill plan type-postpaid/ recharge pack, years of association with airtel and other factors. Eligible customers are auto-enrolled and will see a thanks tile on Airtel app & web. Customers who are not eligible can visit My Airtel App and click on Thanks banner to understand how to become a part of Thanks.

Q4. Will my Thanks benefits change/ deactivate when I change my bill plan or recharge pack?
Thanks benefits are dependent on the bill Plan/ recharge value. In case of a bill plan change or recharge, we will review the benefits basis your new plan and communicate the same to you on My Airtel App within 4hrs of change. Thanks page on Airtel App also tells you how to get additional benefits.

Q5. How can I claim my benefits?
It’s simple. Just download My Airtel App or login on our website and go to the Thanks page. Here you will get all information of the eligible benefits and you can directly claim the benefits.

Q6. I have an airtel broadband and DTH connection, can I get thanks benefits?
All our customers are extremely valuable for airtel. We will very soon launch the Thanks program for our valued Broadband and DTH customers too.

Q7. What is the Amazon Prime offer with Airtel Thanks?
For our privileged customers, we offer 1 year Amazon Prime membership at no additional cost! On claiming this membership, you will get instant access to all the content on Amazon Prime Video app. You will also be entitled for one-day and two-day delivery for the applicable items. For android users, the membership will auto-renew post 1 year at a charge of Rs999 for the full year. This charge will be applied in the subsequent postpaid bill. You can always unsubscribe before expiry in case you wish to discontinue. If you unsubscribe during the first one year, Prime membership expires after the completion of 12 months and you will not be charged. For IOS users, the membership will not auto-renew. Q8. Can you help me understand Airtel Secure?
Airtel Secure plan protects your smartphone round the clock against any kind of accidental /liquid damage and provides you Anti-Virus & Cloud back-up. If your smartphone is accidentally damaged, you need not worry about taking it to the service center and bearing a huge repair cost. Airtel / OneAssist will arrange for a free pick-up of your device from your doorstep & get it repaired from an authorized service center & deliver it to you. Q9. What is Data Secure?
With Airtel Data Secure, we offer anti-malware protection, app advisor, web protection, spam block, anti-theft security, and cloud storage – in short a full package for data security of your phone.
If you are an android handset user, with Data Secure you will get Norton antivirus subscription for 12 months as well as up to 2GB Cloud Backup.
For IOS users, Data Secure offers Norton mobile security subscription for 12 months.

Q11. What are cashback coupons and how can I get them?
Cashback coupons are available for our prepaid customers. On recharging with a 399/ 448 unlimited recharge pack on My Airtel App, you will get cashback coupons. These coupons can be then used in your next recharge on My Airtel App.

Airtel Thanks – Terms & Conditions

By signing up for the Airtel Thanks program, you would agree to the following terms & conditions -

1. Airtel Thanks Eligibility: The offers under Airtel Thanks are extended to the Airtel prepaid and postpaid customers based on their recharge & bill plan eligibility respectively (currently available for prepaid unlimited pack users above Rs 90 & postpaid infinity plan users above Rs 499 plan). The eligible prepaid recharges & postpaid bill plans may be changed as per company discretion without any notice to the customer. Customer should visit My Airtel App, contact Airtel customer care or write to [email protected] to know about all the eligible bill plans.

2. Offer Activations: To avail Airtel Thanks offers, customer has to activate the offer from Airtel app or Airtel website. The offers are activated after taking consent as mandated by the regulatory authority. Customer will also be informed about the auto-renewal (if any) of the offer.

3. Offers under Airtel Thanks are being provided by Bharti Airtel Limited (“Airtel”) to only Airtel Mobility subscribers in India.

4. When a customer ceases to hold an active account with Airtel – Postpaid or Prepaid, they will no longer be able to access Airtel Thanks offers or any other aspect of the Airtel Thanks program.

5. The benefits under this offer are non-transferable. No exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or in any other form shall be allowed.

6. Airtel has no liability whatsoever in respect of any claims or disputes and any resulting damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, relating to the subscriber availing, not receiving or subscriber’s use of the offer.

7. These terms and conditions shall constitute an agreement between Airtel and each subscriber. By subscribing to the Offer, subscriber accepts the same as binding upon him/her

8. Airtel will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the Airtel Thanks offer or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time before or during the offer with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Airtel’s reasonable control. If Airtel suspends or cancels the offer in the interim, all aspects of the offer shall be null and void. Airtel will not be liable to compensate any customer for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of this offer.

9. Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, Airtel and the customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi alone

10. In addition to the limitations mentioned in this document, in no event will Airtel or our directors, managers, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to this offer. Total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the last fee paid by the custom.
