Amazon Alexa Offer
This promotional offer is available to Amazon Alexa customers on their usage of at least four Amazon Alexa skills between December 28 to December 31, 2018. Each customer can avail the offer only once during this offer period. The benefits under this offer are subject to the applicable Offer terms and conditions, provided below.

Terms and Conditions
1. This Amazon Alexa offer (“Offer”) is a limited term promotional offer provided by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) as an offering and is made available by Amazon on the website www.ama...in and the mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”).

2. These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Alexa Skills store, Amazon.in Conditions of Use, and the use of Alexa enabled devices, to which you / an Eligible Customer agree to by using Alexa Skills and Alexa enabled devices.

3. This Offer is available between 12AM IST December 28, 2018 and 11:59PM IST on December 31, 2018, both days included (“Offer Period”).

4. Under this Offer, a Customer is eligible to receive a cashback of an amount of INR 150 on his/her valid use of at least 4 qualifying Alexa Skills listed at www.amazon.in/...ls excluding the following Skills: Smart home, News & Flash briefing, Music (Prime Music, Saavn and TuneIn) (collectively, “Qualifying Alexa Skills”), during the Offer Period. For the avoidance of doubt, a valid engagement / use of a Qualifying Alexa Skill occur when the same is launched on an Alexa-enabled device owned by an Eligible Customer.

5. The cashback under this Offer will be provided to the eligible customers in the form of Amazon Gift Cards, issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable as Amazon Pay balance associated with their Amazon.in account. The use and redemption of Amazon Gift Cards and the use of Amazon Pay balance is subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

6. The cashback under this Offer will be provided to the Eligible Customers by January 15, 2019.

7. The Offer can be availed by a Customer only once during the Offer Period. For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer can be availed only once from a particular Amazon.in account.

8. Under no circumstance can the benefits under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu thereof by Amazon or ASSPL. The Offer cannot be combined with other credits or special offers available on Amazon.in.

9. By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that an Eligible Customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with his/her use of the Alexa Skills.

10. Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all and/or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

11. If you violate any of these Offer Terms, the Offer will be invalid for you, and your participation will be deemed withdrawn.

12. Amazon reserves the right to disqualify a customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under this Offer.

13. The Customer availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.

15. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.

16. Any query / issue in relation to the benefit / cashback under this Offer will be entertained by Amazon only up to January 30, 2019. Post such date Amazon will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any person.

17. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon or ASSPL to conduct further, similar or other offers.

18. Any customer is not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary. This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
