Yes. The $4 off $5+ coupon was available even during their sale couple of days back. I used it. Not sure if it was account specific then.

If the Aliexpress system detects something unusual/suspicious, then it wont allow you to use the coupon.
Especially ,those who have multiple accounts or login multiple accounts from one mobile /PC /IP.
Once their system tags your account as suspicious, then no matter how many fresh pc /mobile you use, they wont allow you to use any coupons or play games or collect coins.
So if you are a regular buyer of Aliexpress , don’t make multiple accounts just for $4 on $5 coupon.

I have used $4 off coupon about 6 times now using a combination of mobile and desktop. When creating new account on mobile u have to disable auto sign, delete the app and re-install. Sometimes I get still get flagged and it tells me to sign in on desktop which I do, after clearing all cookies. I have been locked out of my main account before, just by toggling between all my accounts, which I did on mobile and desktop without problems for over a week, when I suddenly started getting locked out. I was able to just use phone verification to regain access but not last time. It kept telling me the texted code was expired. I had to live chat with them and couple days later I could sign in. Using a different browser also seems to help, but not using proxies or vpn.
Next time I will try Text Now app to get verification code, and this virtual debit card because I think I was locked for that once, as there seems to have a two use limit for a single card between any number of accounts. I think this is the case as I have three real cards, and have used all of them twice. When I tried one one more time that was when I got locked. I have been able to use those cards on my main account tho for which I never again used that new user coupon.
