I have recharged jio 399 plan from Niki app it is showing successful. But no msg received neither showing new validity in jio app. 
Login to my jio app , then go to my statement option from the menu . Look for tab Plan Details to check for upcoming plans…

true.. untill a year ago even for opening a mail inbox we used to keep a note of how much data airtel is diducting..plans were like 800 MB for Rs. 242, 1 GB for Rs. 297, etc..

Can some1 help me..I have Jio 4G sim, I bought that for my mom because she calls our relatives, I hardly use their data as I am getting less than 0.1 mbps since 3 months. I dont want to terminate Jio as they provide all live TV channels for free and I have removed my cable service. My Jio plan is getting finished on 15th August and they r asking me to pay 399 for next 3 months. I have already taken prime earlier then y they are charging 99 again? Is there any other 1 month plan of Jio in which we have to pay less than 100 with unlimited calls?? Pls help
