my Rupay Card never works. Any idea anyone?

U need not to register just link ur mobile no to bank acc that’s all if card is in active mode just enter card details then bank will send OTP to ur no n verify it that’s all…

My mobile number is registered but still transactions get failed, it never let me reach to the otp page so i thought registration for vbv could be required

Same here, Tried to use many times, but never goes to OTP page. I have SBI card.

I also have a Rupay card.. you need to check if your card can be used in online transactions or not.
I checked with branch manager and he said that is given for farmers (I got from Chaitanya Grameena bank) so it does not have online transactions access.

As Citrus cannot be used with mycube for recharges , is there any way to recharge using citrus cash?? Can we withdraw 300 back to bank after adding 250 and getting cb?

have 3 rupay Dcs in family. One is simple rupay, one labeled as Rupay International Dc and another one is Rupay Platinum. First two works flawlessly. 3rd one yet to be tested.

All those people whose card is Not working has to send message with their registered mobile number

If anyone’s SBI Rupay card is not working. Their branch need to send mail to [email protected] to update the mobile number and it will work.

My card worked after 2 months.
