Flipkart phone pick up policy is as worst as Paytm World Store Products.

They mostly reject even for minor scratches.

90% Buyback seems to be a trap!

policy price cost = 200. so, not for free
Also, at the bottom, they mentioned Buyback value upto 36000

There are two catches
First the cashback value is not fixed.. its upto 90% that too decided buy pickup guy.
And the second is you’ll have to buy lg phone priced above 40k again within 8 months to avail cashback.

During BBD sale its 800 profit.. I’ve ordered with HDFC 5k discount.. but later cancelled it..

Yes, 5K discount through HDFC was there plus extra points through Smartbuy.

But need to pamper phone for 6-8 months with utmost care, and still all the chances that your phone get rejected.

So decided not to depend on heartless flipkart exchange.

I bought in BBD sales and now am worried I they will take it back . Obviously normal wear and tear will be there .

Flipkart cancelled my exchange due to miner scratch and when I abuse them on phone, they pick up same in 2 days. The delivery man was even don’t know to operate the phone.

But my friend also exchange a phone and delivery man there even not checked phone properly and completed exchange without any issue. He even not take box and charger.

So I think Flipkart has many new delivery agents with 0 tech knowledge who cancelling the exchange.
