1. What is the ICICI Bank Offer?
(a) Shop on Amazon.in using your ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card to avail 10% Instant Discount
(b) Minimum transaction size: INR 3000

2. How can I avail this offer?
Shop as usual with your ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card to pay for the purchase.
Minimum amount to be paid on card is INR 3,000. The discount will be calculated on the net amount paid on the card (after returns/cancellations/exchange, if any). Only single quantity of the eligible item should be added to your cart.

3. What if I cancel my order?
The Offer is applicable for a successful transaction. If Instant Discount is availed on any purchase, and the transaction is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such orders will be post adjusting the instant discount amount availed on the purchase.

4. Would I get an Instant Discount if I make a part payment using my Amazon Pay Balance?
Yes, you would get Instant Discount but only on the amount charged on your Card. Also, to avail instant discount, your Card should be charged for a minimum amount of Rs. 3,000. For example, if total transaction amount is Rs. 8000, and Rs 1000 is paid using Amazon Pay Balance and Rs. 7000 is paid using Card, then instant discount would be given on Rs 7000 and not Rs. 8000. Similarly, if Rs 7000 is paid using APay balance and Rs 1000 paid using Card, then customer would not get any cashback because the amount paid using Card is less than Rs. 3,000.

5. Can I get both Instant Discount and Cashback on the same purchase?
No, on any order, the customer will either be eligible for cashback or instant discount. Both the offers cannot be availed on the same order. The maximum cumulative cash back and Instant Discount for Amazon.in customers is Rs.1,500 per card.

6. Can I avail discount on credit card on EMI? Can I avail discount on card payment for pay on delivery orders? Are net Banking transactions also included in this Offer?
Yes, the discount under this Offer is also applicable on EMI availed on ICICI Bank Credit Cards.
Net Banking transactions are NOT included in this Offer. Pay on Delivery is eligible for cashback and NOT Instant Discount.

7. Can I get this offer with Exchange offer or No Cost EMI?
Yes, the offer is valid even if you buy with Exchange or No Cost EMI or both

8. My payment failed while placing the order; will I be eligible for the cash back under this Offer?
