1. What is the offer?

2. What is the validity of the offer?

Offer is valid until 29 February, 2020. Unlocked offers can be redeemed until 2nd March, 2020.

3. How to redeem UPI shopping coupon?

Post receiving an email, notification or SMS with the unlock offer link, you will need to COLLECT the unlocked offer. Then, Proceed to check out the items in your shopping cart (for select products mentioned in FAQ 8) on Amazon.in app (Android only). On the Select Payment method page, select your linked bank account with your Amazon Pay UPI ID. Offer will NOT be applied if the UPI handle is entered manually Post confirming your order, enter your UPI PIN to complete the payment. Once the payment is complete, you can see an order placement confirmation on your Amazon.in app (Android only).

3. When will I receive my cashback?

4. I shopped for INR 400 and paid INR 100 using Amazon Pay Balance and INR 300 using Amazon Pay UPI, how much cashback would I receive?

Cashback will be calculated and processed based on the amount paid using Amazon Pay UPI ID. In the above example, amount paid using Amazon Pay UPI instrument is Rs.300, hence the cashback processed will be Rs.150.

5. How will I receive unlocked offers?

You will receive Unlocked Offers via Email or push notifications or SMS. Please update your email IDs/phone numbers in the account settings of your Amazon app to receive unlocked offers to the desired destination. Please subscribe to push notifications, if you are unsubscribed

6. How many times can I avail this offer?

This offer is valid on the first recharge OR bill payment of the month. If customer has availed this benefit for a mobile recharge or bill payment, he/she cannot avail the same benefit again on another mobile recharge or bill payment.

-This limited period promotional offer, namely 50% upto Rs.200 on shopping UPI offer (“Offer”) is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”) on the website www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”).

- These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Conditions of Use and Sale and Privacy Notice are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to this Offer only.

- The customer can use the Coupon (once collected) from February 1, 2020 to March 2nd, 2020 (both days inclusive) (“Redemption Period”) in accordance with these Offer Terms.

- Post collection of the Coupon, any customer who makes a purchase transaction on Amazon.in (of any product except excluded / ineligible products) during the Redemption Period and makes payment using the Amazon Pay UPI (Unified Payment Interface) payment method will be eligible to receive a promotional cashback of an amount equivalent to 50% of the value of the transaction, up to a maximum of INR 200.

- It is clarified that the cashback will only be provided on use of the Coupon and on payment of the transaction using Amazon Pay UPI (Unified Payment Interface) payment method. In other words, a customer will not be eligible to receive the benefit under this Offer if payment is made using any other payment method.

- The applicable cashback under this Offer will be provided to the eligible customers in the form of Amazon Pay Gift Card(s) issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable into Amazon Pay balance associated with the Amazon.in account of such customers. The use and redemption of Amazon Pay Gift Card(s) and the use of Amazon Pay balance is governed by applicable terms and conditions.

- The Offer Period and/or Redemption Period may be extended or revoked by Amazon in its sole discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability.
