They never do that, they only suspend multiple accounts when someone misuses their offer/policy.

Don’t doubt amazon’s intelligence. They will ban your account and other accounts related to your friends/family if by chance you have ordered for each other. They will blacklist all these addresses and make sure they find a way to ban you always at the wrong time. Considering the benefits we should not for for such cheap stuff I guess.
