A customer purchasing Amazon Pay eGift Card worth INR 1000 or more from 6:00 PM September 20, 2019 to 12:00 PM September 28, 2019 (both days inclusive) (“Coupon Period”) will be entitled to receive 5 coupons that can be used or redeemed for a purchase transaction on Amazon.in for the product category identified under Section 4 (below), to avail promotional benefits under this Offer (“Coupon”).

4. Each Coupon can be availed once on one of the following product categories: ‘Fashion’, ‘Home & Kitchen’, ‘Mobiles & Accessories’, ‘TVs & appliances’, ‘Daily Essentials & Books’. It is hereby clarified that a Coupon cannot be used twice on the same product category.

5. The customer will receive the Coupon through e-mail or SMS on the email address or mobile number registered with such customer’s Amazon.in account. Upon receipt of the Coupon, the customer will be required to claim / redeem the Coupon during the Coupon Period by clicking on ‘Collect Offer’ provided in the said e-mail or SMS.

6. The use of the Coupon may be governed by additional terms which will be informed to customer.

7. During the period from 12:00 PM September 28, 2019 to 11:59 PM October 4, 2019 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”), any customer who:

   (a) makes a purchase transaction (once the Coupon has been collected) for purchase of any product under the product category identified in Section 4 (above), for a minimum value of INR 1000 on Amazon.in; and

   (b) chooses to pay for such transaction using any electronic / prepaid payment method (such as credit card, debit card, net banking, Amazon Pay balance or UPI),

   will be eligible to receive a promotional cashback of INR 200.

8. The cashback under this Offer will be provided to the eligible customers in the form of Amazon Pay Gift Card(s) issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable into Amazon Pay balance associated with the Amazon.in account of the customers. The use and redemption of the Amazon Gift Card(s) and the use of Amazon Pay balance is governed by the applicable terms and conditions.

9. It is clarified that the Coupon Period and/or Offer Period may be extended or revoked by Amazon in its sole discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability.

10. A customer will only be eligible to receive the cashback under this Offer if the customer has made payment for the transaction using an electronic payment method. It is clarified that if the customer chooses to pay for the order using the ‘pay on delivery’ payment option, the customer will not be eligible to receive the cashback.

11. A customer will also not be eligible to receive cashback under this Offer in case any of the conditions under these Offer Terms are not met.

12. A customer is eligible to receive the benefit under this Offer only once per Coupon during the Offer Period and any subsequent transaction during the Offer Period using the same Coupon will not entitle a customer for the benefits under this Offer.

13. The participation of a customer will be deemed to be withdrawn from this Offer if the purchase transaction: (a) is cancelled (for any reason whatsoever) by the customer or the concerned seller or by Amazon; or (b) is returned by the customer. In such cases, if cashback has been received by the customer, amount of the cashback will be deducted from the transaction amount, at the time of refund to the customer (if any). For the avoidance of doubts, it is clarified that the mode of refund will be governed by the applicable terms.

14. The cashback will be provided to the customer within 14 business days of date of shipping of the product purchased under this Offer on which the Coupon is redeemed. However, for orders involving a product eligible for exchange and/or no-cost EMI, the cashback will be provided within 20 days from the date of shipping of such product on which the Coupon is redeemed.

15. Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

16. Under no circumstances will the reward under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof. There are no cash or other reward alternatives available in whole or in part.

17. Any query / issue in relation to this Offer should be addressed to Amazon customer care during the Contest Period and Offer Period only. Post the Contest Period and Offer Period, Amazon will not entertain any communication regarding this Offer from any person.

18. Amazon reserves the right to disqualify a customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out by the customer for the purpose of availing the Offer.

21. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis.

The amount of money amazon is pouring into this sale is ridiculous. Many if not most people have got 40%/50% upto 200 offer in at least one of their accounts. Then there is the 200 off 600 More Supermarket coupons, the 100 off during GIF coupon from scan and pay, then the 100 off 500 collect coupons, now 200 off 1000 × 5 for buying a GV worth 1000. That’s on top of the weekly send money rewards like 75 off on 300 and new UPI user offers like 750 rupees worth of cashback, new users getting flat 100 cashback etc.
And there are still 7 days to go, including two Sundays which means more send money offers and cashback offers. Imagine giving this much cashback to lakhs of people on top of discounts and card offers.
