Bro, I already mentioned in my comment that it is good for those who missed out on 25% SS vouchers. I bought 5K worth SS vouchers for my bro who used it too. Yesterday I visited SS with my wife and unfortunately ended up shopping without any discounted GVs. I cldnt convince my wife to delay her shopping 
and bought stuff all worth MRP (bloody no discount in Store too) with a total purchase of 4300. I was cursing myself for not buying extra GVs then.
