2. How to Avail the Offer?

You can avail this Offer by simply adding the Acko All-Round Mobile Protection Plan to your cart while purchasing your favorite new mobile. The option to Add the All-Round Protection Plan appears right on top of the ‘Buy Now’ button on the smartphone product page

3. What is the minimum transaction amount for availing this offer?

There is no minimum transaction amount condition for the Offer. You can simply add the Acko All-Round Protection Plan to your cart while purchasing your new Mobile Phone on Amazon and avail the offer.

4. How should I activate the insurance/screen protection plan?

The Plan is auto activated within 3 business days of your receiving the delivery of your new Mobile Phone purchased on Amazon. There is no need to download any App or register on any website for the purpose of activating the Plan.

Do note, however, the Acko All Round Protection Plan is not available for purchase without the purchase of a new Mobile on Amazon.

5. When will I get my Plan details?

You will receive the details of the Plan on your registered Email ID (email ID registered with Amazon) within 3 business days of purchasing the new Mobile and the Plan.

6. What is the validity of Acko All-Round Protection Plan?

The Acko All-Round Protection Plan is valid for 1 Year from the Date of Purchase of the new Mobile on Amazon. The Plan coverage begins after you receive the new Mobile purchased on Amazon

7. Is this offer available when I opt for Exchange (or) No Cost EMI?

No, this Offer is not available when you buy the phone on Exchange or on No Cost EMI. It is available when you buy the phone on regular EMI.

The Acko All-Round Protection Plan would automatically get cancelled if you return, reject or cancel your Phone Order

9. My payment failed while placing the order. What should I do?

If your payment failed while placing the order, you will be given an option to revise your payment. If you revise your payment during the offer duration, you will be eligible for the offer. Follow the steps & ensure both the phone & the Protection Plan are added to cart.
