This Amazon Go Cashless – Niki Offer (“Offer”) is a limited period promotional offer provided by Techbins Solutions Private Limited (“Techbins”), which operates the online ticketing business under the name ‘Niki’ (“Niki”). This Offer is made available on the websiite www.ama...in and the mobile site and the mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).
These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to: (a) the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using Amazon.in; and (b) the terms and conditions of the Niki Code (as defined hereinafter) or of the redemption thereof provided by Techbins.
This Offer will be valid on June 12, 2018 (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon or Techbins in their sole discretion, without any prior notice and without liability.
During the Offer Period, any Eligible Customer who makes a purchase on Amazon.in and chooses to pay for such purchase transaction using any electronic payment method i.e. debit card, credit card, net banking, Amazon Pay balance, EMI and UPI etc. (each an, “Electronic Payment Method”); will be entitled to receive a Niki coupon code (“Niki Code”) from Techbins.
The Niki Code can be redeemed to avail an instant discount on booking of a bus ticket on www.n...ai, of a minimum amount of INR 500. The Niki Code will entitle the Eligible Customer to get an instant discount of 20%, subject to a maximum of INR 500. The Niki Code can however be redeemed only up to July 31, 2018.
It is hereby clarified that the Eligible Customer shall not be eligible to avail this Offer or receive the Niki Code, in the event the Eligible Customer makes payment for his/her order on Amazon.in using the Pay-on-delivery (POD) payment option.
Subject to the Offer Terms and other conditions, the Niki Code will be valid only till July 31, 2018, i.e. the Eligible Customer must redeem the Niki Code on or before such date.
The Eligible Customer will not be eligible to receive the Niki Code if the order for the product is cancelled (for any reason whatsoever) by the Eligible Customer, the seller or Amazon, or if a purchased product is returned by the Eligible Customer. In such cases, the participation of the Eligible Customer will be deemed withdrawn.
This Offer can only be availed by the Eligible Customer once during the Offer Period. In other words, an Eligible Customer will be eligible to receive only 1 (one) Niki Code during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number or value of purchase made on Amazon.in by the Eligible Customer.
By participating in this Offer, every Eligible Customer expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that an Eligible Customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such Eligible Customer’s use or misuse, verification, redemption and/or any other matter in relation to the Niki Code, the purchases on Amazon.in or the Offer.
The Niki Code or the benefits under this Offer cannot be redeemed / settled in cash.
This Offer and the benefits under this Offer cannot be combined with any other offer/discount/promotion available on Amazon.in during the Offer Period.
Amazon will send the Niki Code to the Eligible Customers through e-mail or SMS on the email address or mobile number (as applicable) of the Eligible Customer registered with the Amazon.in account or through a notification on the Amazon.in mobile application or a notification in the message center of each Eligible Customers’ Amazon.in account. The Niki Code will be provided to the Eligible Customers within 10 days from the date of order on Amazon.in.
Amazon will receive the Niki Code from Techbins and will distribute the same to the Eligible Customers on “as-is” basis.
Any queries in relation to the Niki Code (including use, redemption or value of benefits) should be addressed directly to Techbins. Amazon will not be responsible and/ or liable for entertaining or resolving any queries or grievances regarding the status, use or misuse of the Niki Code in any manner whatsoever.
All disputes between the Eligible Customer and Techbins will be resolved inter se and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Eligible Customer and Techbins.
The Eligible Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any such participation is purely voluntary.
Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon or Niki to conduct further any similar or other offers.
Amazon reserves the right to add, alter, and modify these Offer Terms at any time without prior notice and without liability, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
