What is the Offer?

1. Amazon Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) are issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“QwikCilver”), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and can be redeemed on www.ama...in or on the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) across all products available on Amazon.in, excluding eBooks and apps.

2. These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using the Amazon.in website and the terms and conditions applicable for the Gift Card (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by QwikCilver. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.

3. This Amazon Now Super Value Day Gift Card promotion offer (“Offer”), is valid for a period of 2 days only, commencing from 1st September, 2016 12:00 AM to 2nd September, 2016 11:59 PM, both days inclusive (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) in its sole discretion without any prior notice.

4. Under this Offer, any person in Bangalore who purchases any product/products listed by a seller in the Super Value Day Store on the ‘Amazon Now App’ (“Purchaser”) during the Offer Period shall be entitled to receive one Gift Card worth INR 100/- if the value of such purchase order is equal to or greater than INR 1000/- but less than INR 2000/- during ‘Super Value Day’. The Purchaser shall be entitled to receive one Gift Card worth INR 300/- if the value of such purchase order is equal to or greater than INR 2000/- but less than INR 3000/- during ‘Super Value Day’. The Purchaser shall be entitled to receive one Gift Card worth INR 600/- if the value of such purchase order is equal to or greater than INR 3000/- during ‘Super Value Day’. The Purchaser would be entitled to the Gift Card provided that the purchase order is not cancelled by either Purchaser or seller, and the purchased product should not have been returned or refunded by the Purchaser.

5. This Offer is valid if the value of a single order made by the Purchaser on the Amazon Now App alone is equal to or more than INR 1000 but less than INR 2000 to receive an INR 100 Gift Card, or is equal to or more than INR 2000 but less than INR 3000 to receive an INR 300 Gift Card, or is equal to or more than INR 3000 to receive an INR 600 Gift Card. The Purchaser shall not be eligible for getting the Gift Card if he places multiple orders individually less than INR 1000 but cumulatively aggregating to INR 1000, INR 2000 or INR 3000 on the Amazon Now App. For example, if the Purchaser places 5 different orders on the ‘Amazon Now App (Bengaluru Orders only)’ of Rs. 200 each, he/she shall not be eligible for the Offer. Similarly, if a customer places 3 Orders of INR 1000 each, he shall be eligible only for the INR 100 Gift Card offer.

6. The Offer can be availed by one customer only once on the Amazon Now App. In case of multiple orders of eligible products, the highest eligible order would be considered. For example, if a customer places 3 separate orders from products shown in the Amazon Now App of INR 3002, INR. 1001 and INR 2011, the INR 3002 transaction would be considered from the ‘Amazon Now App (Bengaluru Orders only)’ and customer would be eligible for a single INR 600 Gift Card for the INR 3002 transaction only.

7. This Offer is valid ONLY on purchase of products listed on the Amazon Now App (Bengaluru Orders only).

8. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer of Amazon or promotion running on Amazon Now App.

9. Only those orders which are worth over INR 1000/- individually are eligible for the Super Value Day offer. Multiple orders cannot be combined to claim the Offer.

10. Each Seller Cart in Amazon Now App is considered as an individual order.

11. The Offer is applicable only for orders placed on 1st and 2nd September, 2016.

12. The Offer is applicable on the ‘Ordered Value’ of the orders placed on 1st and 2nd September, 2016. For example, an order placed on 2nd September, 2016 on Amazon Now App, for delivery scheduled on 3rd September, 2016 will be eligible for Offer but an order placed on 31st August, 2016 on Amazon Now App for delivery scheduled on 1st September, 2016 will be not eligible for the Offer.

13. Gift Cards are brought to you by Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited.

14. The Gift Card will be credited to the customer’s account, and a notification will be sent to the registered email ID of the eligible Purchaser by Amazon within 60 days from the date of purchase.

15. Gift Cards will expire one year from the date of issuance by QwikCilver. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.

16. Amazon reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.

17. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore only.

Additional Offer for ICICI customers on Amazon Now

1. How can I avail this offer? Each time you transact on the Amazon Now App on 1st and 2nd September, 2016 you need to have a transaction of Rs. 1000 and above. There are no other special steps to avail this offer. Just go through the normal purchase process.

2. What is the value back that I can get?

The value back is as per the below slabs

3. When will I get the Amazon Gift Card?

Amazon Gift Card will be credited to the card holder’s account latest by 31st October 2016.

4. Do I need a promo code to avail the offer?

No, you do not need a promo code. Just use your ICICI Bank Net Banking, Credit and/or Debit Card to place the order.

5. Can I avail the offer on more than one purchase?

No. This is applicable only on one purchase per customer.

6. What is the minimum purchase that I need to do with this card?

You need to have a minimum purchase of Rs. 1000 on the Amazon Now App in one transaction on your ICICI Bank Net Banking, Credit and/or Debit Card to be eligible for the Amazon Gift Card.

7. What is the maximum value back that I can avail?

You can avail a maximum of Rs. 300 additional on your ICICI bank Net Banking, Credit and/or Debit Card.

8. Can I avail additional value on credit card on EMI?

Yes. The additional value back is also for EMI options.

Terms and Conditions

1. This marketing program (“Offer”) is from ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI”) under an arrangement with Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).

2. It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI bank Net Banking Credit and/or Debit Card (“Card”) (“Cardholder”).

3. The validity of the Offer is only on the following dates: 1st and 2nd September 2016, unless extended by ICICI and/or Amazon at their sole discretion.

4. Under the Offer, any Cardholder who makes a purchase of any product(s) listed on the Amazon Now App using ICICI Bank Net Banking Debit or Credit Card will be provided an Amazon Gift Card (issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited).

8. ICICI and/or Amazon reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

9. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

10. ICICI and Amazon reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

11. Delinquent and over-limit ICICI Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.

12. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

13. You hereby agree that Amazon and/ or its affiliates will not be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred by you in connection with the Offer.

14. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by ICICI or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.

15. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for select Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of ICICI card member agreement between such Cardholder and ICICI.

16. All disputes between the Cardholders and ICICI, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

17. Amazon or ICICI do not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the products under the Offer.
