Any Amazon customer who applied for the credit-card between 1st Feb 2019 and 30th April 2020 and is approved for the Card (i.e. Card is issued to such customer) will receive an Amazon Gift Card worth INR 500/- as a prime member and other customers get INR 400/- redeemable as Amazon Pay balance associated with their Amazon.in accounts.

How can I confirm my eligibility for this Offer?
To be eligible for this promotional offer (“Offer”), the customer should apply for the Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card (“Card”) and be approved by the Bank for the Card (i.e. Card is issued to such customer).

Do I need to make any purchases on this credit card to be eligible for the offer?
NO. You do not need to make any purchases to be eligible for this offer. You will receive the reward amount if you apply and get approved for the card.

When will I receive the amount associated with this Offer?
The reward amount will be credited as an Amazon Gift Card to the customer’s Amazon Pay balance associated with their Amazon.in accounts Instantly post approval by the Bank.

How can I confirm if I have received my reward amount?
Within 5 minutes of getting the Card application approved by the Bank, the customer will receive an e-mail confirmation from Amazon and the reward amount will be automatically added to customer’s Amazon Pay Balance account.

Terms and Conditions of Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card Promotional Offer

Offer Terms

This limited term Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card promotional offer (“Offer”), is made available to you in respect of ‘Amazon Pay ICICI Bank’ credit card (“Card”) issued by ICICI Bank Limited (“Bank”). Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”) is the co-branding partner of the Card. This Offer is provided and made available to you by the Bank and APIPL.

This Offer is valid from Feb 1, 2020 till April 30, 2020 (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by APIPL or the Bank in their sole discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability.

To be eligible for the Offer, the customer should apply for the Card from 12:01 AM, Feb 1, 2020 to 11:59 PM, April 30, 2020; any such customer who applied for the Card within the Offer Period; and is approved for the Card (i.e. Card is issued to such customer) will be eligible for this Offer.

Under this Offer, any eligible prime customer will receive an Amazon Gift Card worth INR 500/- and any other eligible customer will receive INR 400/- redeemable as Amazon Pay balance associated with their Amazon.in accounts (“Reward”). Reward will be credited to the customer’s Amazon Pay balance immediately after their card application being approved by the bank.

This Offer is available to any person resident in India who has been issued the Card by the Bank (“Cardholder”).

The Reward under this Offer will be provided to the eligible Cardholder in the form of Amazon Gift Card, issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable as Amazon Pay balance associated with the Cardholder’s Amazon.in account. The use and redemption of Amazon Gift Card and the use of Amazon Pay balance is subject to the applicable terms.

In the event the product(s) purchased to avail this Offer is returned by the Cardholder or cancelled by the Purchaser or the seller, for any reason whatsoever, such order will not qualify for this Offer.

The Reward will be provided to the Cardholder immediately after card application being approved by the Bank.

The Bank reserve the right without any prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason, to add / alter / modify / change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

The Reward under this Offer is being provided for the use of the Card and can be clubbed with any other similar offer made available on the purchase transaction. In other words, the Cardholder may be eligible to receive the rewards under both offers, subject to the fulfilment of the applicable terms and conditions.

By availing this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that neither APIPL nor the Bank (or any of their affiliates) will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.

Neither APIPL nor the Bank nor any of their affiliates make any warranty of any kind, express or implied in relation to this Offer. You hereby release APIPL, Bank and their affiliates from liability of any kind relating to the mentioned above.

The Bank and APIPL reserve the right to disqualify a Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.

Under no circumstances will the cashback under this Offer be provided in cash by APIPL or the Bank or their affiliates.

In the event a Cardholder fails to comply with any term under these Offer Terms, such Cardholder will not be eligible to receive the cashback under this Offer.

Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by APIPL and/or the Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.

These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter or dispute in relation to this Offer.

The Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
