Amazon Pay offer at Samsung Stores on ICICI Bank Credit Card Transactions / Axis Bank

This limited term promotional offer, namely Amazon Pay offer at Samsung Stores (“Offer”) is available at select offline / physical stores namely Samsung Plazas (“Stores”), that are run and operated by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (“Samsung”) for use of Amazon Pay scan and pay payment method (“Amazon Pay”), which is accessible on the Amazon India Online Shopping and Payments application (“Amazon.in App”). This Offer is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”) and ICICI & Axis Bank Limited, whichever is applicable (each, “Bank”).

This Offer is open to all customers who make a purchase of select eligible products (each, a “Product”) and pay for the Product through the Amazon.in App at the Stores using the Equated Monthly Installments (“EMI”) provided by the Bank.

These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using Amazon.in App. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.

This Offer is valid from April 1, 2020 to May 31, 2020 (both days included) (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked without notice and without liability by the Bank, at its sole discretion.

During the Offer Period, any customer who:

(a) completes a purchase of a select Product at the Store; and

(b) makes payment for the Product through the Amazon Pay functionality available under the Amazon.in App using EMI provided by the Bank,

is eligible to receive the following cashbacks:

It is clarified that while every successfully completing the transaction in accordance with these Offer Terms with customer will be eligible to receive the Amazon Cashback and the ICICI or Axis Cashback depending on the Bank selected by the customer to make payments using the EMI payment option on the Amazon.in App.

Under this Offer, Amazon Cashback will be provided to the customers in the form of an Amazon Gift Card (issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited) that is redeemable into the Amazon Pay balance associated with the amazon.in account of the customer used to make the transaction.

The cashbacks will be provided to the customer for a single transaction completed during the Offer Period.

In respect of the Amazon Cashback under this Offer, the use and redemption of Amazon Gift Cards and the use of Amazon Pay balance is subject to applicable terms and conditions. The Amazon Cashback under this Offer will be provided to the customer within 5 days of completion of the purchase.

The ICICI or Axis Cashback (as applicable) will be provided by the Bank to the customer within 90 days of completion of the respective purchase.

The maximum cashback under this Offer shall be INR 3,000.

Any purchase completed using pay-on-delivery (PoD) payment option is not eligible for this Offer.

The participation of a customer will be deemed to be withdrawn from this Offer if the purchase transaction is cancelled or returned, for any reason whatsoever. In such cases, if cashback has been received by the customer, cashback amount (provided to the customer) will be deducted from the transaction amount, at the time of refund to the customer (if any).

By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agree that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with your use of the eligible products.

The Bank and Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

If a customer violates any of these Offer Terms, the Offer will be invalid and participation of such violating customer will be deemed withdrawn with immediate effect.

Amazon reserves the right to disqualify a customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under this Offer.

These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

Any customer is not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary. This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.

Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.

The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Bank’s EMI between a customer and the Bank.

Any queries in relation to the ICICI or Axis Cashback (as applicable) shall be entertained by the concerned Bank up to May 31, 2020. Any queries in relation to this Offer or the cashback under this Offer will be entertained only up to May 31, 2020 and can be directed at Amazon.in customer Support. Post such date no communication will be entertained regarding this Offer.

Any person availing this Offer would be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
