It was also mentioned in tnc for that specific offer when they didn’t categorized both offers together as offer 1 and offer 2 on app.

Now they have revised it to 19th it seems. Click on the offer link in that thread it’s even showing in offer image that offer date has been revised from 31st to 19th.
Even if the offer deadline is showing 19th now, those who have placed order on 18th or 19th should be able to load on 20th or later as orders usually take 2-3 days to deliver if not on prime 1 day delivery.
