REEBOK BRAND DAY OFFER – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Reebok Brand Day promotional offer (“Offer”) is provided to you by Reebok India Company (“Reebok”) and made available on www.ama...in or the mobile application or mobile site thereof (“Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).

These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
This Offer is valid for a period commencing from March 30, 2016 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on March 31, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) until stocks of the Products are available for purchase on Amazon.in (as defined hereinafter) (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon and/ or Reebok in their sole discretion without any prior notice.
As per the Offer, the top 20 customers (in terms of monetary value in a single order) who will purchase Reebok Products (“Product(s)”) during the Offer Period on Amazon.in (such person hereinafter referred to as a “Purchaser”), will be entitled to receive promotional products/ merchandise worth INR 10,000 (“Promotional Products”) from Reebok* subject to these Offer Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer can be availed by a Purchaser only once. However, if a Purchaser appears more than once in the top 20 list of Purchasers, only the highest value purchase of such Purchaser will be considered for the purposes of receiving the Promotional Products under this Offer.
The top 20 Purchasers of the Products will be declared winners on May 05, 2016 as per these Offer Terms and the names of the winners will be posted on http://www.amazon.in/b?ie=UTF8&node=9836...31.
This Offer will not be applicable if the Purchaser returns and/ or exchanges a Product and in such a case participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn.
The Promotional Products will be delivered to each winner directly by Reebok on or before June 03, 2016. Amazon will not be held liable and/ or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any matter in connection with the provision of such Promotional Products, including their delivery or quality or services in relation thereto.
In the event any Purchaser fails to meet any of the above stated eligibility criteria or any term under these Offer Terms, he/she will not be eligible to receive the Promotional Products under this Offer.
By participating in this Offer, every Purchaser expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Purchaser may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer including but not limited to with his/ her use or misuse of the Promotional Products, delivery/ non-delivery of the Products by Reebok.

These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
