Off topic query : It is regarding 40% upto 200 off coupon. At bank payment page I didn’t get the OTP so closed the page. It was showing in my amazon order history with retry payment. But I placed new order instead of retrying payment. Both times it was showing cashback at final order summary page, and cancelled the last order with payment failed status after placing the new order. Will I get the cashback for my order?

2) What is the validity of the offer?
Unlocked shopping offer is valid until 30 September 2019. The offer is valid max once per customer across recharge and bill payments. If a customer has received this benefit for any of his/her mobile recharge or bill payment, he/she cannot avail the same benefit again on another mobile recharge or bill payment.

3) Who is eligible for this offer?

The use and redemption of the gift card(s) and the use of Amazon Pay balance will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions.
The Benefit (as applicable) will be provided to the Eligible Customer in 3 business days of doing the shopping transaction.
The benefit under this Offer cannot be clubbed with any other similar offer for Product on Amazon.in.
